On Liftalk we connect advice seekers and advisors offering live chat, audio or video calls, making it easy to find, schedule, and book a session with an experienced advisor online.

What You’ll Do:

• Create overall concepts, intuitive, usable, engaging interactions and visual designs

for the user experience and interface for company products;

• Design the aesthetics to be implemented within the products, from the App layout,

App feature, colours and fonts;

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process and

implement innovative solutions for the product visuals and experiences;

• Create prototypes to catch design weaknesses and perform usability testing;
• Stay up-to-dated of UX/UI trends, monitor competitors’ activities, look for creative

ideas, and stay on top of the latest standards and changes in the industry;

• Conduct user research, evaluate user feedback, and analyse user responses and

App data to determine high traffic functions and why some perform better than
others;

• Research and track advancements in mobile application design patterns;
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards;
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in UI/UX design or related field;
• Over 1 year of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI/UX design;
• Excellent communication in English. The Mandarin language will be a plus.
• Logical thinking, strong market insights, responsible, and team-oriented.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with designing App products is an asset;

Salary: $45,457.53-$60,470.61 per year

Schedule:
