POSITION: Senior Web/.Net Developer

We are currently searching for a Web/.Net Developer in our Stanley Products & Solutions Group in our Victoria branch.
The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering; this role will develop web applications for our VIGIL Products. As a highly innovative company, the role will also involve working with or around new software development tools or cloud technology.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Provide high-quality software solution design and development following published architecture and company standards
Building Web and Windows application
Designing, coding, unit testing, and maintaining applications
Preparing and maintaining systems technical documentation.
Assisting in applications analysis, specifications, and architecture
Performing code peer reviews
Modifying and troubleshooting applications programs
Working in a team environment, assisting and cooperating with other team members
Good communication skill, and willingness to work with our international development team
Qualifications:
Essential:
Proficient in. Net C# language and framework. At least 5 + years of C#.Net development experience, with solid. Net development and design capabilities
Familiar with the development process, Object-oriented software analysis, design methods, and design patterns
Experience in web technologies
Knowledge of SQL Server database
Experience with developing Restful API, Webservices, WCF, Middle tier and GUI components for Windows applications
Desirable:
Fluent Mandarin speaking
Cloud application development / AWS experience
Working knowledge of Vue.JS
Experience with working under scrum / agile methodologies
