[Job Description]
– Maintain our companies high standards for cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant
– Greet guests upon arrival
– Introduce guests to our unique hot pot experience and guide them through the menu
– Take and serve orders
– Be attentive to guests’ needs such as refilling the soup, changing utensils and etc.
– Deal with guests’ complaints or problems with a positive and polite manner
– Performs other related duties as needed.
[What you will need]
– A guest driven and service oriented attitude
– A passion for continuous improvement
– Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English
– Physical ability to stand for long hours
– Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
– A strong ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment
– Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
