Spa Receptionist

Kiku Wellness is a Japanese Zen Day Spa, Located near Skytrain Broadway-City Hall Station in Vancouver, BC. We offer an oasis of peace and tranquility with Japanese Zen philosophy and holistic approach. We are seeking an experienced Spa/Medical Receptionist with 3 years minimum EXPERIENCE for a full-time position. Our growing spa needs an experienced Receptionist who can take over the administrative duties involved with coordinating client and practitioners schedules as well as file management and office organization. We’re looking for a professional who understands the value of hospitality and compassionate service. The job includes significant amounts of multi-tasking, but the ideal candidate will know when to slow down, look clients in the eye and provide personalized service. Receptionist responsibilities and duties

• Scheduling
• Running errands
• Stocking supplies
• Sorting and sending mail
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Managing social media
• Greeting visitors
• Sales
• Produce reports

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service experience of at least 3 years
• Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
• Language: English (Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese Communication Skills Preferred)
• Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
• Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Zenoti) and Social Media Management Skills
• Professional attitude, appearance & willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and initiative
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-managed, requiring minimal supervision
• Excellent time management skills
• Warm and professional appearance and demeanour
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Caring clients and team, Hospitality personality
