Company Introduction:
T&T Supermarket Inc. was found in 1993 with two stores in BC. Since then, it has expanded rapidly and is now Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 29 stores across the country: 13 in BC, 6 in Alberta, and 10 in Ontario. The Company’s continuous expansion is bringing forward its first-ever store in Montreal, Quebec and 3 more new stores in BC, Alberta, and Ontario, all set to open in 2022/2023.
The Role:
The Starbucks Barista is responsible for providing customer service such as taking orders and making coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer’s specifications.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent customer service to all guests
- Take orders, and create quality Starbucks Beverages
- Maintain workplace cleanliness by washing and maintain relevant work tools clean and well-kept
- Keep product display full, attractive and neat, timely replenish inventory, if necessary
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior

- A good team player, able to collaborate with and assist other colleagues
- Possess a positive, proactive, self-motivated work attitude
- Good attendance record, comply with company’s rules and regulations
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evening hours and statutory holidays
- Be prepared to stand for a long time and able to use work related tools in a safe manner
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese &/or Mandarin) an asset
- Knowledge of basic work safety
