Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee our retail operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and management, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Responsibilities
– Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
– Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional service and meet sales goals
– Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets
– Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
– Recruit, hire, and schedule employees to ensure adequate staffing
– Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Qualifications
– Has some sort of knowledge about the baking/food industry
– Proven experience in retail sales and management
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
– Proficiency in administrative tasks such as reporting and inventory management
– Bilingual proficiency is a plus
– Knowledge of sales management techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
