The successful candidate will be instrumental in attracting prospective students from various parts of Asia. They will be the first point of contact for many students and their families, providing them with the necessary information and guidance about our college. Their role will extend beyond recruitment, as they will also be involved in the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition for students joining our college.
In essence, the Student Recruiter for the Asia region will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Royal Bridge High School. They will help us reach out to, connect with, and enroll the brightest students from across Asia, thereby contributing to the diversity and intellectual richness of our college community.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies for the Asia region.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and their families.
Build and maintain relationships with schools in Asia.
Will need to travel to different regions in Asia to recruit students.
Attend recruitment events and represent Royal Bridge College in a professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students.
Qualifications
Fluency in Chinese Mandarin and Chinese Cantonese is a requirement for this role.
Previous experience in student recruitment (5+ years) or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as needed for recruitment events.
Potential commission and bonus: 5-15% commission on all profits generated through recruitments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
