TERRITORY MANAGEMENT
– Know and call on all customer prospects within defined
– Understand all BakeMark products as identified by Division and be able to make good recommendations to customers
– Use effective and professional sales tools, where required, as defined by management
– Improve sales and profitability of defined territory
– Keep collections and payments current for accounts within territory
– Executes sales and marketing plans, working through appropriate personnel.
– Attend and participate in periodic sales meetings
CREATING/PLANNING
– Analyzes and defines the market for product growth within current and potential markets.
– Works with management to establish sales goals to ensure share of market and profitability of the company’s manufactured and resale products.
– Develops and recommends product offering and pricing strategy for the territory that will result in the optimal profitability and market share in all of the company’s product lines.
– Assists management in the development of sales plans and programs to ensure profit growth and expansion of products.
