Full Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the channel reserve of traffic and tagged users, integrate resources, and provide more accurate users for the project;
- Implement hierarchical management of users through strategies, formulate activity plans, and be responsible for the effects; with the goal of new, retention, and promotion, analyze the effects of activities and strategies, propose improvement plans and programs, and promote implementation;
- Develop a user growth system on the project side of the platform, incentivize users to place orders frequently and continuously, and make user tags and user stratification based on user behavior;
- Explore user needs, establish user communication channels (communities), maintain user relationships and activity and loyalty, guide and train users to enter the process of creating products; at the same time, innovate user operation methods, which can be from product, operation, and content Seek innovation in equal dimensions to improve work efficiency and human effectiveness;
- Analyze the operation data of the review project, iteratively optimize the strategy, and formulate the development direction and quarterly and annual indicators and plans based on the data;
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above;
- 2 years or above of Internet operation related work experience is preferred;
- Strong result orientation, strong execution priority;
- Have strong overall planning and data analysis capabilities;
- Good at thinking, enterprising; creative and good at digging topics.
