CHANEL is currently looking for a permanent full-time Watch & Fine Jewelry Sales Specialist for our Vancouver Boutique.
As a Watch & Fine Jewelry Specialist, your role will be to help maximize and support all sales opportunities while maintaining the CHANEL standards in all areas. You will also create strong client relationships by collaborating with Fashion Advisors, help to build brand and customer loyalty through excellent client service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation and teamwork.
Main Responsibilities

Create a luxurious experience for all clients by asking relevant questions to correctly establish needs and preferences before presenting products

Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills to maximize all sales opportunities. This includes all categories of the division including High-end watches and High Jewellery.

Be able to act as the Watch and Fine Jewelry expert when collaborating with Fashion Advisors who are introducing WFJ items to their clients

Maintain an awareness of Company and Boutique sales targets and performance, working towards all commercial objectives and goals set

Collaborate with team members to support local events, and

Complete any necessary administration, adhering to set procedures and policies as appropriate

Assist with regular stock level checks, and ensure a high level of aftersales care through attentive follow-up

Establish and maintain sufficient knowledge of current merchandising guidelines as well as the ability to maintain set standards at all times
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following background:

3+ years of luxury watch or jewellery retail selling experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting

Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong organization and follow-up skills (essential)

Professional presentation and behavior

Bilingual candidates speaking English and Mandarin will be an asset
