Web3 Community Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for company’s overall community’s presence and activity.
• Create and manage relationships with developers, miners, users, and ecosystem partners.
• Grow our communities and establish our brand presence amongst all channels. Build a vibrant social media community (Telegram, Twitter, Discord, Youtube)
• Able to research and recommend scalable tool solutions to support communication channels (e.g., Twitter, Discord, and Telegram).
• Keep up the discussions on social media going and solve disputes and misunderstandings in the community. You will escalate community insights, including support issues, to engineering, product, and leadership.
• Keep the community up to date with the latest product improvement; help the product team help pinpoint usability and product enhancements.
• Manage contributor role programs and engage with ecosystem power users
• Be able to host an online AMA event.

Requirements:

• Excellent English skills, Chinese mandarin is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for the blockchain industry, passionate about DeFi, NFT, DAO, and crypto
• Extensive experience with Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Youtube, and Reddit
• Proven experience writing content for social media, blogs, press releases, and community forums
• At least one year of experience in community management, experience working at a tech companies
