Job Description Evolution Gaming is looking for Online Casino Trainers to take responsibilities of training the new, experienced Online Casino Dealers and Shufflers in all duties that they will be performing in the studio. The training will occur in the academy. This role is crucial for the development and ongoing success of Evolution Gaming and its employees. Responsibilities To prepare and update the training material/sessions and take full responsibility. Inform the technical department and the other departments concerned of any occurrences of any kind of system or chat malfunctions. Ensure the correct skills of each game are taught to the trainees. Assist in the continuing development of the training and recruitment program. Always be acquainted with all changes in procedures and assess and report the impact of such changes on the training program to your manager. Report to you manager about sickness and/or changes in the schedule. Attend meeting, re-trainings and improve the quality of work whenever necessary. Take responsibility to finish duties in and outside of working hours. Be at the designated workplace on time and in the appropriate work attire/uniform. Report any failure by a team member to meet the company standards, to follow procedures or the legal requirements. Ensure all procedural, legal and disciplinary procedures are followed by the trainees. Follow any reasonable request made by the company that meets the needs of the business. To be involved in the recruitment process, mainly of attending recruitment meetings, updating the internal systems, screening, setting up and attending interviews. To Liaise with recruiters and other members of the recruitment team and follow internal procedures. To create and schedule in new training groups. To attend and assess the trainee’s examination. To fill in Training Documents and reports. To co ordinate and hold re-training sessions in order to improve the quality of work. Uniform inventory management, issuing uniforms to new employees. Perform other activities when training schools are not required: floor supervision, workshops to the gaming floor staff, other projects related to improvements of staff performance To perform other ad hoc duties and projects as asked by your direct manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications. To replace team members during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work. Qualifications Execution of job duties requires: At least secondary education Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Handling customer calls regarding appointment cycle, and ensuring all service appointments are scheduled when due. Review unconfirmed appointments in the system and contact customers to confirm several days prior to scheduled appointment date. Contact customers to make them aware of outstanding recalls or campaigns and book the required appointments. Contact customers who are due for maintenance to book appointments. Offer alternative dates and/or times and book new appointments into the system when customer is unavailable for scheduled appointment. Monitor incoming e-mail appointments and book as necessary. Conduct follow-ups with service customers shortly after their service or repair, along with determining and documenting the quality of their visit. Take note of all customer comments and feedback and forward to the Service Manager. Update customer information on file. Report all and any customer complaints to Service Manager. Attend meetings and training as required. Must follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor. This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management. OpenRoad reserves the right to modify this job description as business needs require. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: 2 years of experience in customer relations. Strong organizational and people skills. Some knowledge of automotive equipment parts and accessories. Good computer skills and ability to maintain records using a computerized appointment system. Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with the essential job functions. Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions. Ability to work constructively with members from all departments within the dealership.
